Moderne Wege zur breiteren Nutzung von k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nur wenige deutsche Unternehmen setzen k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz in ihrer Produktion ein und verpassen damit deren m\u00f6glichen Nutzen. Doch woran liegt das? KI ist noch eine recht neue Technologie, und wir Menschen m\u00fcssen erst noch herausfinden, wie wir sie richtig nutzen k\u00f6nnen. Doch schon jetzt wird k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz deshalb oft in die falsche Kategorie gesteckt. Die meisten Menschen betrachten k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz als eine sehr abstrakte und eigenst\u00e4ndige Technologie, die haupts\u00e4chlich von Wissenschaftlern genutzt wird und nur mit viel Arbeit und Geld kommerziell nutzbar gemacht werden kann. Bei INCTEC wollen wir k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz jedoch nicht nur als neue Technologie betrachten. Wir wollen auch daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass Unternehmen KI einfach und kosteng\u00fcnstig als Software zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Unternehmensressourcenplanung (engl.: \u201eEnterprise Resource Planning\u201c; oder kurz: ERP) einsetzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz im industriellen Einsatz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Zun\u00e4chst erstellt das System ein virtuelles Modell oder einen „digitalen Zwilling“ [2]<\/a> der Produktionslinie, um die Organisation der erforderlichen Daten einfacher und effektiver zu gestalten. Die Smart-Monitoring-Software sendet diese Daten dann an die k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz, die nicht nur in der Lage ist, die Daten zu verarbeiten, sondern auch selbst\u00e4ndig zu lernen, so dass kein menschliches Eingreifen erforderlich ist. So kann das System Probleme und St\u00f6rungen in der Produktion auch dann finden, wenn niemand zuschaut, und sie melden. Mit weiteren Trendanalysen kann die Software sogar Probleme finden, die in der Zukunft wahrscheinlich auftreten werden, und dabei helfen sie zu vermeiden. Mit Smart Monitoring k\u00f6nnen Probleme wie schlechte Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle oder ineffiziente Nutzung der Produktionskapazit\u00e4ten aufgrund von \u00dcber- oder Unterauslastung, deren Behebung normalerweise viele Mitarbeiter erfordern w\u00fcrde, einfach, zentral und ohne weiteres menschliches T\u00e4tigwerden behoben werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flexible Integration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die Integration unserer Software ist genauso einfach und flexibel wie die Software selbst. Abh\u00e4ngig von den W\u00fcnschen des Kunden kann er das Produkt entweder \u00fcber die Cloud oder direkt nutzen. Unsere Infrastruktur und moderne 5G-Netze machen dies attraktiver denn je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
